March, 2019. Ontario Centres of Excellence, Autonomous Vehicle Research and Development Partnership Fund awards Trans-Plan grant funding for one year.

Industrial Research Assistance Program (IRAP) of the National Research Council awards Trans-Plan funding to develop a technology-driven municipal asset management program.
June 2018. Trans-Plan partners up with York University's ISSUM (Intelligent Systems for Sustainable Urban Mobility).
ISSUM is a multisectoral collaborative effort with funding and support from the Ontario Research Fund, York University, University of Waterloo, and private sector partners including Trans-Plan. ISSUM's mission is to research and develop integrated intelligent systems for sensing, analysis, simulation and 3D visualization of urban population mobility.
